This research is devoted to non-financial risks of implementing information systems provided for by the Digital Transformation. The relevance of the study is due to the need for high-quality training of employees for innovations, as well as little attention to this problem on the part of change managers. The research offers recommendations on how to work with the introduction of information systems into the structure of the enterprise.
