dc.description.abstractThis article examines the process of construction and installation works for the construction of excavations near tunnels in large cities. The authors consider one of the most effective ways to reduce the negative impact of excavation on two existing single- track tunnels - compensation grouting above the metro structure. Compensation grouting (CG) is carried out to ensure the safety and operational reliability of existing metro structures located in the influence zone of construction activities. The article presents the technological process of work production based on compensation grouting, which is able to ensure the actual absence of settlements. The preservation of underground structures in the design height position is monitored by monitoring the condition of the objects. The paper presents the features of the application of compensation grouting to ensure the operational reliability of metro tunnels. Calculations are presented to support the main technological parameters, calculation schemes are created, calculation results are provided, and the technology of work execution is described. An analysis of the results of preliminary stress in the soil is conducted, as well as possible displacements of the station complex and rail tracks in interstation tunnels. Solutions based on compensation grouting technology are proposed to create pre-stress in the soil.
