Tài liệu A logistical approach to facilitate the treatment control process for hospital(2021-08) Nguyen Huynh Luu PhuongThe treatment control process in hospitals in Vietnam is still ineffective due to paper-based documents, poor information flow between related parties, incorrect data, inefficient working methods, and so on… In medical service, medication errors such as prescribing, omission, wrong time, administration error, compliance error… are very serious problems due to the negative effects on patient’s health. Thus, accuracy is a must in this industry. These problems are not only apparent in Vietnam but also obvious on over the world. This article needs to show some reasons and suggest a model to solve the problem based on the logistics angle view. Some knowledge about the Logistics information system and Logistics service outsourcing model is used to facilitate the treatment control process for hospitals. This article aims to optimize the information flow, operations to increase the timeliness, accuracy, decrease the operating cost, and improve safety.Tài liệu A numerical study on the effects of charge air temperature on the combustion and emission characteristics of a marine generator engine(2022-03) Pham Van Chien; Ngo Duy NamA numerical study was carried out to investigate the effectiveness of the charge air cooling method on the exhaust gas emission reduction when applied to a four-stroke marine generator diesel engine at full load. The AVL FIRE 2018a software was used to perform three-dimension (3D) simulations of the combustion process and emission formations inside the engine cylinder operating with various charge air temperatures (CATs). The simulation results were then verified by measured values obtained from experiments in the Green Ship Technology laboratory (GSTLab), Korea. The simulation results showed In-Cylinder peak pressure increase tendencies as the CAT decreased from 360 K to 320 K, leading to an increase in the brake mean effective pressure (BMEP) by 10.74%. At the same time, the In-Cylinder peak temperature was decreased, resulting in a reduction in NO emission by 33.85%. Soot, CO, and CO2 emissions were also reduced by 63.92, 44.66, and 3.22%, respectively. In addition, the CAT cooling method also reduced specific fuel oil consumption (SFOC) by 9.68% due to the increase in the indicated efficiency. This study would be a useful material for operating engines in cases of trying to reduce exhaust gas emissions from existing engines without any additional emission post-treatment device.Tài liệu Ảnh hưởng của cốt liệu mịn đến cường độ bê tông bọt(2021-11) Hoàng Quốc TuấnBài báo nghiên cứu chế tạo bê tông bọt có khối lượng thể tích từ 800 kg/m3 đến 1200 kg/m3. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp thực nghiệm trong chế tạo mẫu và thí nghiệm mẫu trong phòng nhằm xác định các chỉ tiêu cường độ của bê tông bọt sử dụng cát mịn, trong đó có so sánh với cường độ của bê tông bọt sử dụng cát thô. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy cường độ chịu nén và cường độ kéo khi uốn của bê tông bọt sử dụng cát mịn cao hơn bê tông bọt sử dụng cát thô với cùng thành phần cấp phối. Nghiên cứu có thể ứng dụng trong các kết cấu cách nhiệt hoặc sản xuất gạch bê tông nhẹ, giúp tận dụng hiệu quả nguồn cát mịn dồi dào, giảm lượng cát thô đang ngày càng khan hiếm và cạn kiệt.Tài liệu Ảnh hưởng của hàm lượng hạt thoi dẹt đến cường độ chịu nén và ép chẻ của cấp phối đá dăm gia cố xi măng(2023-05) Nguyễn Văn Long; Nguyễn Quang VinhThực tế khai thác đường cho thấy, với những tuyến có các điều kiện khai thác bất lợi thì lớp móng cấp phối đá dăm (CPĐD) thường kém ổn định, không đáp ứng được yêu cầu về khả năng chịu lực và phân bố tải trọng xuống các lớp bên dưới, dẫn đến sự xuất hiện của các loại biến dạng và hư hỏng khác nhau trên mặt đường như lún vệt bánh xe, nứt, ổ gà. Sử dụng lớp móng CPĐD gia cố xi măng (GCXM) là một giải pháp hiệu quả giúp giải quyết vấn đề trên. Bài báo trình bày kết quả nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng của hàm lượng hạt thoi dẹt đến cường độ chịu nén và cường độ chịu kéo khi ép chẻ của CPĐD GCXM 5%. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy khi hàm lượng hạt thoi dẹt tăng từ 14% lên 22%, cường độ chịu nén và chịu kéo khi ép chẻ ở 14 ngày tuổi của CPĐD GCXM 5% giảm tương ứng 36,54% và 31,02%. Hỗn hợp CPĐD GCXM 5% với hàm lượng hạt thoi dẹt từ trên 18% đến 22% như trong nghiên cứu vẫn đáp ứng yêu cầu về cường độ để làm lớp móng trên cho đường từ cấp III trở xuống.Tài liệu Ảnh hưởng của đòn bẩy tài chính lên tỷ suất sinh lợi ở các doanh nghiệp vận tải thủy Việt Nam(2023-07) Phạm Bích Hồng; Đoàn Thị HườngTrước bối cảnh kinh tế trong nước và thế giới có nhiều biến động, việc xem xét ảnh hưởng của đòn bẩy tài chính đến tỷ suất sinh lợi của các công ty vận tải thủy tại Việt Nam là cần thiết. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp bình phương nhỏ nhất tổng quát (GLS), dữ liệu thu thập từ báo cáo tài chính của 25 công ty đang hoạt động, niêm yết trên 03 sàn chứng khoán là HOSE, HNX, UPCoM trong giai đoạn 2014 - 2022. Các biến trong mô hình gồm: Lợi nhuận trên tổng tài sản (ROA), tổng nợ trên tổng tài sản (DA), quy mô (SIZE), tăng trưởng (GROWTH), tài sản cố định vô hình (INTANG), tài sản ngắn hạn/nợ ngắn hạn (LIQ). Kết quả cho thấy mức độ sử dụng nợ có quan hệ nghịch biến với tỷ suất sinh lợi, khi công ty sử dụng nhiều nợ hơn thì hiệu quả hoạt động sẽ kém hơn. Ngoài ra, các công ty hoạt động lâu năm sẽ có tỷ lệ đòn bẩy tài chính cao hơn, các công ty có tài sản cố định vô hình cao có tỷ lệ nợ thấp hơn.Tài liệu Áp dụng các phương pháp san bằng hàm số mũ trong công tác dự báo tại doanh nghiệp vận tải biển Việt Nam(2021-08) Lê Hà MinhCông tác dự báo trong các doanh nghiệp nói chung và các doanh nghiệp ngành vận tải biển nói riêng đóng vai trò rất quan trọng khi ra quyết định về quản lý và lập kế hoạch, đưa ra chiến lược cho doanh nghiệp. Dự báo thực hiện các chức năng chính là tham mưu và khuyến nghị, điều chỉnh. Phân tích và dự báo được tiến hành trong tất cả các bước của quản lý doanh nghiệp. Từ những năm 1970, các nghiên cứu đầu tiên về SD đã bắt đầu được công bố và nhận được rất nhiều sự quan tâm tích cực về ý tưởng. Đến nay, hướng nghiên cứu này đã có những bước tiến vượt bậc, các mô hình SD đã được công bố rất phong phú cả về hình dạng, kích thước và phương pháp áp dụng. Bài báo giới thiệu một phương pháp tiếp cận mới nâng cao hiệu quả cho SD đã được công bố của tác giả ở nghiên cứu trước đây, đó là áp dụng dự đoán vị trí tàu với các giá trị đầu vào COG (hướng chạy tàu), SOG (tốc độ chạy tàu) để thêm yếu tố xác định hình dạng mới chi tiết hơn, nâng cao tính an toàn của SD.Tài liệu Assessing bridge stiffness decline using power spectral density: A case study on Saigon Bridge(2023-01) Nguyen Quang Thanh; Vu Ba Tu; Nguyen Anh Tuan; Nguyen Tien ThuyBridges, especially civil infrastructure, serve a vital role in social activities. A damaged bridge can cause severe consequences such as traffic congestion, economic impacts, and loss of lives. Therefore, it is crucial for infrastructure management communities to detect and assess the condition of damaged bridges to ensure safety. To address this issue, in this study, the authors have put forth a novel set of parameters that can be used to evaluate the reduction in stiffness of spans over time. The stiffness is a critical factor that determines its structural integrity, and it is essential to monitor any changes in this parameter over the lifespan of the bridge. The proposed parameters take into account factors such as the age of the bridge, the material used in its construction, and environmental factors that may contribute to the degradation of the structure. They conducted experiments on a beam structure to evaluate its ability to monitor the reduction in bearing capacity of Saigon Bridge's spans using these parameters. To analyze the vibration signals from a randomized traffic load model, they utilized the power spectral density. The results of the study suggest a correlation between the frequency of harmonics and the high-frequency regions observed in the power spectral density and the decline in the stiffness of spans.Tài liệu Assessing mechanical responses for damage detection in bridge spans through resonance region analysis(2023-03) Nguyen Quang Thanh; Vu Ba Tu; Nguyen Anh Tuan; Nguyen Tien ThuyThis article introduces a new method for evaluating the mechanical behavior of structures to detect potential damages in bridge spans. The study enables us to monitor the stiffness degradation of bridge spans over time, operating under different working conditions. The proposed approach suggests monitoring the operational status of bridge spans at different measuring points, corresponding to different levels of applied load, measurement time, and environmental conditions according to the random theory. The study results demonstrate that changes in the area under the resonance regions of the power spectrum density can provide accurate information on the change in the structural behavior during operational periods. Furthermore, the research indicates that changes in the area under resonance regions can identify hazardous points on different spans of a bridge through different measuring points. Overall, in the future, this method can assist in identifying potential damages and warning of potential hazards to improve safety and reliability for people and vehicles crossing the bridge.Tài liệu Assessing ship collision risks in maritime transport based on seafarers’ experience(2024-01) Dinh Gia Huy; Dang Quoc Hai; Tran Anh KhaAssessing ship collision risks considering human factors presents persistent challenges due to the multivariate uncertainties faced by seafarers. Therefore, this study proposes a fuzzy-logic-based method to model ship collision risks in an area considering human factors. This method utilizes a hierarchical fuzzy system consisting of two fuzzy systems, fuzzy system 1 and fuzzy system 2, which are used to calculate the temporary risks and human factors, respectively. Aggregating the risks from both subsystems produces the overall collision risk index. This approach streamlines on-board risk appraisal, thereby reducing the navigator workload. While the current study delineates the risk modeling methodology, succeeding works validate the framework through simulated experiments. With adequate verification, this hierarchical fuzzy approach can assist next-generation risk-regulated navigation practices and enrich maritime agencies' traffic risk management.
